Community Programs
Teddy Bears Picnics & Early Years Expo’s bring together families with fun and interactive activities for everyone to enjoy. Working closely across network partnerships and local business to promote local parenting information specific to each region and offer a platform to encourage conversations around practical parenting.
Jobs and Skills
The Jobs and Skills Centre empowers change and helps people thrive in work and life, by supporting students and jobseekers to build confidence and skills they need to access employment, training, and education. Handpicked workshops and tailored programs are delivered to enable people from diverse backgrounds to access down to earth support on their journey to employment or self-development.
Career Expo’s continue to showcase career pathways unique to our remote regions and highlight community engagement and networking as an integral driver to success.
I think it’s a great service to the community helping people learn more skills and confidence to get a job. Keep up the good work

Parenting
The Pilbara parenting program aims to provide a comprehensive range of educational workshops and leverage collaborative partnerships to build local capacity. Practical workshops offer supportive and trusted space to develop knowledge and share stories, struggles and highlights in everyday parenting. Being able to walk away with new strategies to try at home and knowing they are not alone in their parenting journey is a true testiment to the work EPIC continue to provide to families living in remote regions within the Pilbara.
Great overview and some great strategies I can try at home. It does raise a lot of questions to follow up on though.
This workshop was great; it was just what I needed to help with all my questions and worries about having a baby.
