Client Services
The journey in supporting individual goals of living a more independent life promotes choice and control for every participant. Strong working relationships with external support networks and allied health professionals is pivotal in working towards the continuity of participant education, access, skill building and participation.
Given the diverse cohort of individual needs, offering quality supports, and having strong local knowledge is the cornerstone to empowering every participant to use their NDIS funding. Working towards an enriched quality of life based on their interests and informed decision making.

Ashley works closely with support workers to help her learn new daily living skills and become more comfortable within community settings. She struggles in loud and crowded places but recently ventured out to do some shopping, picking up some favorites from the store and successfully working through the self-checkout option.
Social Enterprise
The EpiCafe in Kalgoorlie continues to grow and support local people with a disability to gain meaningful employment and training outcomes. Through the co-designed skill set training developed with a local RTO, participants learn theory-based practice and are also employed to work with the support of our Canteen Coordinator to develop hands-on practical skills within the canteen. The 12-week program is adaptable to individual learning capabilities and feedback from program graduates is positive with a steady increase in confidence and newfound focus to continue employment within the hospitality sector.
Inclusion
EPIC inclusion programming across the regions delivers a range of weekly activities that support participant goals and promote social participation amongst community members and peer groups. Building supportive friendships and actively participating in daily activities strengthens social networks and the right to feel included within the community.
Support Coordination
Support Coordination services place an emphasis on client empowerment and choice and control as guiding principles to deliver quality referrals and connections that manage and drive how their NDIS funding is spent. EPIC’s specialist support coordination services focus on participants who face complex needs and crisis management using a multi-disciplinary team approach to address priority areas.
